can’t speak to the Merrill romance (The only human I can see her with without being squicked is Isabela tbh) But you CAN be a trustworthy friend and still be in a rival-romance with Fenris, especially if you’re playing a mage.

In fact Marric started going down the rival path not only because he supported Mages but because he’s prone to expressing sympathy a lot, which Fenris, with his background, takes as pity and hates and thus rival points.

Half the rivalry path with Fenris is basically coming to the understanding that even if they can’t convince each other to agree with them all the time they’re STILL going to be there for them come hell or high water

My only blonde at the moment is a Mahariel that I don’t have access to for a few hours, but please if you can, reblog this with pics of Wardens and Hawkes, male or female, that are blonde. Hubby seems to think there are only brunettes and redheads, but that’s almost all I play, so his perspective is skewed. Please help prove him wrong. Modded and unmodded characters equally welcome, but I’m not sure if he’ll accept white hair as blonde in this case. (If he does, then Vrania counts as a blonde as well, but I’ll come to that argument later on if needed.)

Eeeeeeeeeee!! 

This is lovely and sweet. I adore Garrett’s sense of humor and his ability to just fill any silence with so much talking, whether Fenris likes it or not. Fortunately, Fenris does like it, grudgingly, most of the time. This particular stage of their relationship is one of my favorites to explore and read about— when they’ve known each other for years, but their intimate relationship is relatively fresh and they’re feeling their way around this kind of closeness which is especially foreign to Fenris. 

Anyway, thank you for filling this prompt, bb. You have no idea how desperately I’ve been craving Garrett/Fenris fluff, and this fit the bill perfectly.
